Shipping & returns

Orders are prepared and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping is free for orders of $225.00 or more before applicable taxes.  We offer a shipping service with Postes Canada and can provide you with a fixed estimate at checkout with our post calculator.  Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for any questions.

Returns must be requested through customer service at [email protected].  Returns are accepted within 15 days following receipt of the goods.  All non pre-authorized returns will be refused. Returns are accepted for items that are not worn or damaged, are regularly priced, and be returned in their original box with labels.  Handbags must bear their original tags attached and be in unworn condition.
